Coconut
Coconut puree and chopped coconut in a dark Belgian chocolate ganache and encased in a French dark chocolate shell.
Strawberry
A local Riesling wine infused with strawberries and French strawberry puree are combined with our Belgian milk chocolate ganache. The shell is French dark chocolate.

Raspberry
French dark chocolate shell with a Belgian milk chocolate and raspberry puree ganache.

Blueberry
French dark chocolate shell with a Belgian milk chocolate and blueberry puree ganache.

Key Lime - Mango
Mango and key lime (Florida) in French dark chocolate shell with a Belgian milk chocolate ganache.

Lemon Vodka
Locally produced Vodka is added to lemon juice and lemon puree in a Belgian milk chocolate ganache and is housed in a Russian nesting doll. The mold is our company’s private design and is a copy of a nesting doll that we purchased in Moscow.

Pumpkin Blood Orange Caramel
Traditional pumpkin puree, gingerbread spices, and blood orange puree in a milk chocolate ganache and housed in French dark chocolate.

Fresh Mint
Fresh Florida Mint infused in cream and then combined with Belgian milk chocolate and encased in a French dark chocolate shell.

Hazelnut Praline
Roasted hazelnuts and hazelnut praline in a Belgian dark chocolate ganache and encased in a French dark chocolate shell.

Chocolat Chocolat
French dark chocolate shell with a Belgian dark chocolate ganache infused with Tahitian vanilla bean.

Earl Grey Lavender
Earl grey tea with a hint of lavender is used to flavor our Belgian milk chocolate ganache. Bergamot orange completes the experience as does the French dark chocolate shell.

Peanut Butter
Natural peanut butter and Belgian milk chocolate in French dark chocolate shell.

Mojito

The traditional Cuban drink is made with rum, lime and mint. We don’t use the rum but focus on the mint and lime combination to create a unique milk chocolate ganaches and place it into a dark chocolate shell.

Cuban Espresso
A locally roasted Cuban espresso in a belgian dark chocolate ganache which is housed in a French dark chocolate shell.

Cappuccino
A locally roasted Cuban style coffee is used to flavor a Belgian milk chocolate ganache. Vietnamese cinnamon is used to enhance the flavor. The ganache is housed in a French dark chocolate shell.

Champagne
Champagne brandy and champagne in a Belgian milk chocolate ganache inside a French dark chocolate shell.

Fleur de Sel
A sea salt infused soft caramel, combined with Belgian milk chocolate inside a French dark chocolate shell.

Lemon Basil Caramel
Basil infused lemon juice in a dark chocolate caramel ganache and dark shell.

Morello Cherry Caramel
Morello cherry puree and caramel are combined with our Belgian milk chocolate. A dried cherry is added to the center of each piece. The shell is French dark chocolate.

Peanut Butter Pretzel Caramel
Fresh peanut butter combined with bits of pretzel and caramel in a milk chocolate ganache in a dark shell. Peanut butter is the background flavor as the flavor focus is on caramel and pretzel. This piece contains gluten.

Pineapple Chipotle
Pineapple puree is combined with a hint of chipotle to create a balance of heat and sweet in a dark chocolate ganache and shell. This is a mild use of chipotle with the flavor focus more towards pineapple.

Sangria
Strawberry, blood orange, maraschino cherries amd a dash of sangria are presented in a Belgian milk chocolate ganache and housed in French dark chocolate.
